Amanda commenced with Coolibah Care in April 2017 as the General Manager Care Services and is currently the acting Chief Executive Officer. She oversees operations of the 116 bed residential care facility and home & community services including the Commonwealth Home Support Program. In addition to that she oversees the property and environment services and catering services.
Amanda is an experienced operations manager with over 20 years of experience working in Health. A strong background in aged and primary care leadership roles with a passion for improvement in all aspects of service delivery. Ability to adapt to change and support teams through organisational growth and find innovative solutions to arising challenges to ensure the best outcomes to meet client needs. Excellent communication and relationship building qualities along with leadership and operational management skills including strategic planning, growth and budget management.

Karen commenced with Coolibah in February 2017 as the General Manager Corporate Service and oversees the services for human resources, finance and IT.
Karen has 16 years senior management experience in corporate services spanning local government, employment services, primary health and aged care sectors. The last 10 years has been at an executive level overseeing Human Resources, Finance, and IT functions of businesses with $10-$20 million annual revenue. She is experienced in organisational change management, not for profit finance management and contemporary human resources including industrial relations management.

Tracey commenced with Coolibah in February 2017 and oversees the governance and compliance, quality management, internal auditing, workplace health and safety, records management, systems administration, and procurement services of the business.
Tracey has over 10 years’ experience in governance and compliance and an additional 10 years’ experience in finance and administration. She has provided company secretarial and advisory services to boards and various committees across a variety of industries, including statutory authorities and health services.
She is experienced in systems implementation, asset management, management accounting, policy development and implementation and leading multi-disciplined teams.
